Serge -- The unusual charges were taken to off-set gains from Tundra. As for first quarter being lowered, this was done because many analysts didn't lower their expectations after the May 4 announcement and Alan wanted a number he could easily meet. Anyone bailing now will have endured the worst only to deny his or herself the gains inherent now that the company's turned itself around. I've raised teen-agers and know patience is a virtue. Pat
