The sad fact of life is that it seems like no matter what type of news comes out, good, bad, or indifferent, the market goes down. Every one keeps talking about fundamentals and so far I can't see any major change in anything, except the feds might raise the rate to 6%,,,BIG DEAL,,, I was trying to sell real estate when Jimmy Carter had Interest rates at 21%...which, by the way, the department stores still charge to this day. Now that's something someone should investigate....R
