It is quiet a round here. Did everyone sell?

According to page 2 of the offer the minimum shares they need to complete is 69,167,666. Not the 111 million someone posted. As of May 27th they had 33 million or about 50%. According to the Merger Agreement they have to July 16th to complete so it is possible that they extend once or twice more until they have the minimum amount. I would think with the stock trading at a discount of 50 cents or more they would be buying continually so I think it is a good bet they will have the shares they need to complete the deal.

Also, I got the package from the attorneys who are representing shareholders in the class action lawsuit. Anyone else request one?
