Bouy, two examples do not negate my statements. Are you saying that you short IPOs generally and never have a problem? Are you truly shorting via a U.S.A. brokerage in a type 5 account? Or are you free riding in effect, selling out of a type 1 account? I am not the expert here. The rules are well known. But more to the point. What did A@P's lawyer do you facilitate this ability of yours to short IPOs??
