Exactly my point,besides any penalizing is a blessing in disguise,penalizing for what, making a loss on your investment? So logic would have it that any penalty imposed would be a good thing 'coz in my book not losing money is a good thing penalty or no penalty. Sheeesh,give me a break is what I would say to them. Well you know institutions are allowed to flip to their hearts content while they expect the little guys to hold the bag for them.yeah like my 100 shares (less than couple of hundred thousand shares at most if everyone decides to flip) is going to destabilize the market. Go&%$dam big joke and the joke is on non-flippers.
