Some more on the Motorola deal. The WSJ article included this passage:

"[MOT executive]Burgess declined to comment on whether Motorola's cellular phone division will be a customer."

However, today's issue of American Banker quotes Burgess as saying, "This alliance is the first implementation of our expert research and development in digital-image capture and represents an opportunity to use our Digital DNA technology to integrate biometric authentication systems across Motorola product lines."

It looks like Motorola is going to be a big buyer of the new IDT scanner.
