Anthony, What Title 17 rule provides for MMs to carry these short positions overnight? How long do they have to cover to IPO shares? one day? a week, or as long as they'd like? What does MM shorting to provide for an orderly market have to do with telling retail accounts here to call your lawyer to force their retail brokers to provide IPO shares to short? Please explain more fully what you mean. Thank you.
