JDS...large spreads on OTC BB stocks are not unusual...unfortunately.
In this case I think it is a combination of erratic volume and few market-makers...only 5. Less competition on price with so few mm's and lack of consistent vol causes the mm's to shift the risk to the buyer, who usually has to pay the offer.

Increased trading activity will bring the spread tighter
