Cisco is in the clear, and Intel didn't hesitate in settling with the DOJ. Mr. Softee's arrogance in the early stages of their "indictment" has put their investors in the Penalty Box. I wonder if Bill would handle it the same way given another chance?

Internet Ventures Inc. legal action against the cable combines makes interesting reading, but how many decades will it take for our courts to decide an issue like this? I shudder at the thought of the legal fees/lobbying that it would take.

Another day of water torture, Bill. I'm beginning to feel my fingers cramp from hanging on.
