Is There Anything We Do Not Know?

At the current price of less than $8.5, an envelope back analysis tells me that it is an incredible value. NTAI has cash of $7.35 per share, its investment in Group Sense is worth $2 per share, and its land in Hong Kong is worth more than $0.2 per share. Summing up above, we get more than $9.5 per share.

NTAI is profittable (as a matter of fact, its earning from operation, excluding the interest income, is expected to be $10M or more), it can support the operation from AR and bank credit, D&M can cover the needed investment on new equipment.

Thus, no matter what kind of business risk it has with its operation, the stock should not trade less than $9.5 as long as the company is profitable. Why is it trading at less than $8.5 now? Is there something that the sellers know that we do not know?
