You have to first file suit in order to issue subpoenas. My question was why haven't they filed, not what difficulties they might incur afterwards.

P.S. I am not short and I am an attorney, but your paranoia is understandable given what I've been reading on this board.

And don't try to discredit him now Frenchy.

I doubt very much that discovery concerns ZSUN..

but I am not privy to the legal action they may take, except to say that some large shareholders who believe they have been wronged or libeled may follow a similar path.

I believe various Companies under similar attacks are also in the process of getting their act together, since they may have a better chance to prove the existence of a wide spread conspiracy to defraud investors.

Any action would also have to go deeper than the front runners, who are only puppets for the organized mob in the back ground.

BTW, I now believe what you say: you are a lawyer and perhaps should check to see what you can find out and keep us posted. Thanks.
