from Nortel Networks Corp. (NYSE: NT) to install an Interactive Voice Response
(IVR) system at their headquarters in Richardson, Texas. Nortel is one of the
world's largest telecommunication companies.
This acclaimed Application Generator Software package by iVoice.com called
"Insight IVR" was chosen for its user-friendly approach. This system enables
Nortel's customers to call in to register for various events, such as training
programs, and to retrieve information such as dates and times for attending.
The system also creates a file with details of the registration, which can be
faxed to the caller if requested.
