I do not track the so-called small cap mutual funds. Does anybody here have a prospectus from one? If so, it would be useful to have an idea of what their investment constraints are.

For instance, are they permitted to invest in non-reporting stocks? In shares not listed on any exchange?

My hunch is that most will contain limitations or even blanket prohibitions on such investments.

In which case, it becomes ever more important that we accomplish the "reporting" status as soon as possible.
