By all accounts, orders from
these firms will be greatly reduced in the final 3 months of this year because of customer concerns about Y2K.

As it was reported recently by ATT, Bell South any others, they are already ready for 2000.
IBM CEO, after Q results, also saw no concerns about Y2K.
Any new equipment is already ready for 2000.
So, we most likely will not see any disruption at the end of the year.
