I like the toothpaste too. I have noticed however, that despite their patents, there are other products which supply some of the benefits that Enamelon does.

Colgate has a rinse that previously was available only with prescription, called Phos-Flur, an acidulated phosphate flouride rinse containing sodium phosphate monobasic with sodium fluoride. I really like the stuff because it has no alcohol, so it doesn't burn.

Then there are a few products like Johnson&Johnson's Reach ACT anticavity fluoride rinse that does have dibasic sodium phosphates. I believe that these are added primarily to help loosen plaque, but obviously, this makes phosphate ions available.

But with ominous signs from the Enamelon company, I'm stocking up. Every single time that the local Target supercenter store has had the special two tube carton, I make sure to buy out the whole inventory. If anybody needs some Enamelon after this company goes belly-up I will gladly send fellow Enamelon fans a tube.
