I received the proxy info in today's mail:

1) The annual meeting is June 21.

2) They want to change the name of the company to "Themed Attractions Inc." or some other appropriate name.

3) They want shareholder approval to issue more than 25% of the outstanding securities of the corp. pursuant to one or more private placement transactions within one year.
