I do not think that the business risk can explain NTAI's current share price, unless one thinks that NTAI will lose money from its operation. Normally, if a company is selling less than cash and investment (such is the case for NTAI), investors expect the company to lose money. I just do not see how NTAI could lose money from its operation. If not from operation, then where? Losing more money in the Albatronics deal? [All NTAI needs to do is to walk away.] Negative outcome for the legal fight with Tele-Arc? [If so, NTAI can just return the shares back to Tele-Arc.]

I just can not find any reason for NTAI to lose money. That is why I wonder if the sellers know something that the public does not know.
