Freeus, don't feel alone. I sold 2/3 of my Dell @ around $40. I thought it couldn't be wrong to take a profit on my investment. I planned to make a few bucks on four stocks that I wanted to own, but didn't have the cash (all tied up in Dell), then buy back in @ $30 which is where I thought the big boys were going to drive it down to. Unfortunately, every stock that I purchased with my Dell profits has bombed out also. So here I am. I have 1/3 (500) of my former Dell shares and four other stocks that have pooped out on me (CSCO, MSFT, QWST, SCH). I should have held on. I hadn't made any money in 4-5 months and just got the bug to trade. I may come out alright, because I needed to diversify, but selling my Dell made me sick. Lets hope we learn.
