Hi Mike,

Thanks for posting the FP article. I am pleased to see that Mr. Lebel's valuation was at about $3.40/share. I must admit though, that in my own analysis I had undervalued the contribution of the Mount Polley project. Also, I am excited about the project being ahead of schedule and under budget. All of this should hold well for an increase in share value.
