"THAT MONEY" is now disassociated from BNBN. The affiliation between
BKS & BNBN is relegated to the 41% of BNBN's shares held as an asset
in BKS's coffers. The only help BNBN gets is in the recent IPO capitalization which will hopefully pay for the development costs
that formerly soured BKS's bottom line.
