I tendered mine, or so I thought and then came to find out that my broker never did the paperwork. I wonder how many other shares did not get tendered that way. My broker keeps telling me not to worry.

I think it is a personal decision as to take the $35 or sell at a discount. So far I've not sold but when I think of plays I could have made with the money perhaps, the smartest thing would have been to cash out. But then I might have bought some "net" stock like Amazon ummmmm.
