Of course, we agree. But the general market has thrown the babies out with the bath water as a result of the Merrill announcement. Once everyone figures out Merrill is simply cannibalizing what's left of their own business, the DLJDirect's of the world will continue to move up and ahead of the curve on a proven business model. FWIW, I have traded with DLJdirect since 92 and never had a miscue. Sorry you're having problems with paperwork. I think it is an isolated incident and not their SOP. LJM
