Steven, As a long time follower of Nam Tai, I thought I'd venture an opinion which may not be relevant to it's current weakness, but since the stock is drifting down on low volume, I suspect that the weakness is due to some Selling Pressure unaccompanied by Buying Pressure which would be a function of general market weakness. I think also that this stock now has a bad reputation from the stupid maneuverings when Koo was at the helm. The stock is probably cheap but it's going to have to do a lot of things right to win back investor and institutional interest (IMHO)
