Bull- I was looking at insider buying for PGEI today at labpuppy.com as you posted your message. I was keying on some of the small E&P's, and since I hold them was pleased to see insider buying at PGEI, BEXP and to a lesser extent MEXP as opposed to the insider selling in some of the OSX blue chips like HAL and SII. Just for fun I checked some of the tech stocks and financials for selling and they ain't pretty.
