If not get out and stay out.....Here is the excerpt from Merrill Lynch as mentioned in above comments....... ** Merrill Lynch & Co said analyst Bruce Smith raised his long-term rating of PSINET INC. (PSIX: 7-15/16, + 1) to buy from accumulate. The stock remained at near-term accumulate, the brokerage said.
