Say...one question here...if you think you can imagine this...

First I like to visual DELL's strategy against the others..you know leveraging the model...
Is it possible that DELL management cut prices to force CPQ into the situation they are in today? The quote: "WE WILL TAKE PAIN TO CAUSE MUCH PAIN"...I see where CPQ is leaving direct...the opening for DELL IMO should be enormous...
Michael long ago told us that"WE FIND THIS AMUSING" when asked what he thought of the others going direct...Now, we find that IBM and HWP are attempting this...
So, IYO ....Could this partially be correct? And is this perhaps a part of the long term strategy for making a bold attempt at further consolidation in the PC business?
That is....could DELL easily have made 18 cents if they hadn't chosen to cut CPQ's throat....leaving them vulnerable for the remaining quarters,etc.?
