Legally BNBN and BKS are Separate, BUT Can't BUY Love,
what I mean is, they have the synchronicity, the same experts, the same original people, same business plan vision, BKS hand picked the entire staff and layout of BNBN,
1) they didn't do this to harm BKS
2) they didn't do this to harm BNBN
3) this means MUTUALITY OF INTERESTS, pooling of assets, interests, etc, how can you put a price on pooling "intellectual assets" [I know, I know, don't sen me the FASB bulletin on valuing Goodwill and Intellectual property],
Still its a cruel world out there, While they legally dot the I's
and Cross the T's, they can act in Harmony, alot. FTC or DOJ or not.
