the institutions are slowly getting back in, as promised. they didn't say it would STAY at 31...they said it would BOUNCE up from there...now they need to get in before it hits 40 again (since they said 40 was too expensive for their taste)...once they are in, they will talk about it going to 55 again before earnings...DELL will be OK, even if the rates go up .25...that's already figured into the mkt imo. cheers, GR
