RE <Any thoughts to what has changed...>

I dont think anything has changed. I cant begin to understand how you can draw the conclusion that something has to have changed for FNTN to be "preparing" to ramp up the video segment of their business! MS said that an enterprise with their own video setup could arrange a webcast now with little delay. That would tend to be a larger company in my judgment. Well qualified to pay? I think so!

Webcasts with FNTN would require more time to market on the part of the client than time to prepare on FNTN's side. That's good news.

As to smaller entities, it appears that FNTN intends to make this possible as well with equipment provided to those clients which I assume would create extra revenue. This appears to be part of their developing plan to implement a wide variety of client services.

Your slant implies that you would have either hyped video services without reservation in the filing, or that you would not have mentioned them at all because they were not yet in place. Do you think either would be sound or prudent judgment for a management bent on producing a successful filing AND on advancing the possibilities for the companies future? A filing is about doing BOTH of these things. I feel their language fits very very well with MS comments about their stated plan.
