chuck - Maybe they just don't think that they have to exploit the Snap JV. If the bulk results are as good as some believe then the share price will reflect this. If it's a bust then nobody gets pissed off at them. Either way they won't have to wait for long. I don't think that it's necessarily bad to have a company run by people who don't run a well oiled hype machine. It shows confidence.
