I just got off the phone with the TSE to see if I could get any information out of them regarding IWM's application. If you thought that Richard Mockett was tight lipped, well, you ain't seen nothing yet. Anyhow, after not being able to get information regarding IWM in particular, I inquired about the application process.

Apparently, every Friday the TSE publishes a list of companies that have been "conditionally accepted" for listing on the TSE. The only information that can be disclosed by TSE application representatives is whether or not a company has been conditionally accepted for listing. IWM is currently not on that list.

Once a company has been conditionally accepted, it is a matter of a few weeks to a few months until the company can begin trading on the TSE. Being conditionally accepted essentially means that the company has satisfied "approximately 75%" of the listing requirements, with the balance of the requirements being nothing more than routine items.

The women I spoke with recommended that I contact her at 3 p.m. this Friday to find out whether IWM is on the list. She was NOT suggesting it would be. In fact, she was about the most non-committal person I've come across. She noted that she was not even entitled to advise whether IWM (or for that matter any company whatsoever) had applied to list on the TSE. In any event, I will call her this Friday to determine whether IWM is on the conditionally accepted list.

I will keep all advised.
