I had the same question when I was reading that. I am aware that cases do not stop because one of the parties dies BUT we may see some unnecessary delays!!! The question is though, if Gould was in the hospital, why didn't his lawyers ask for a delay. Could it be that Gould's lawyers and family are aware of how Gould wants to proceed. Or maybe they know it was a lost case for them and there isn't really much they can do.... We shall see. What do others think... What is the general feeling on RB (excluding the bashers of course!) CK.
