<Would you agree that based on the information published yesterday on Timna, its design takes advantage of Rambus best qualities.> Only now did I find out about the published info on Timna supporting RDRAM. I was away on vacation over the Memorial Day weekend, so I missed all the hub-bub regarding the published info. Yes, Timna's integrated RDRAM controller makes the best use of RDRAM's qualities. Perhaps this puts a new light on why Intel is so gung-ho on pushing Rambus and RDRAM development and infrastructure. Of course, the press seems to be obsessed with magnifying all of the negatives when it comes to anything associated with Intel, whether it be Rambus, Timna, Merced, or whatever. Tenchusatsu
