Amy - Re : "You sound less than enthused about this deal, correct? " No. To be honest, I know next to nothing about Dialogic. However, their business seems to be right up Intel's alley - and helping Dialogic GROW will also promote growth at Intel - in key areas that Intel wishes to grow - both in silicon and systems. Paul
