Ok that makes sense, but why did the price drop when in seemed to be going strong the last couple of days. And what about the .10 discount for buying? How does that work.

So if the stock gets great news and and it jumps to say$1.10 the offering could be .90 or $1.00 or even just a few cents below the current selling price. Is that correct thinking. But I still don't understand the discount. Or what happens if the stock is say .45 does the secondary go down to say .40 or .42? Is there a .10 discount on this also. What exactly is the discount and why is it offered. Would you send cash to the company itself to get the discounted price.

Sorry I'm just not up to date on something like this?
