Craig, interesting that you said Fidelity recently became a MMer. Could the Reg D have anything to do with it? Also I had posted a couple days ago saying that there seemed to be some unusal trading going on... techstocks.com Most, including myself were atributing the recent weakness to Brocade. Could this weakness instead be really an artifical takedown by the MMers so they can get their hands on the Reg D shares as cheap as possible. I get the sense the offering will not be made to one "private investor " but multiple ones. Your thoughts...
