Steve, One last post. I guess I remember reading or hearing Dr. Harari mentioning the proposed geometries for future fabrication at UMC and this is the article from January. Thanks again for the clarification. It just didn't sound right to me. eetimes.com I am thinking about going back to college and starting off in a new career track in semiconductor design. This stuff is pretty exciting to read about even if only 2 or 3% is able to penetrate my super-thick oxide cranium. Aus
