I don't know if that prior post with S3 material did it for you. Here's what I've been using.

I figure each subscriber for on line bill pay...one way or another on average contributes $4 each month to the ecomm top line, or $48 a year. That's where I've been focused with this company.

So when they announce 100,000 additional subscribers in September of 1998...I figure about 4.8 Million a year to the top line over a full years time...same for December 1998, and then 9.6 Million for the 200,000 this March. Then using that..I figure these last 9 months they have built a recurring additional revenue stream in e-comm of nearly 20 Million annually on 400,000 additional subscribers YTD.

Now they said some time ago that they could plow 1/2 of that right to the bottom line before tax...or $10,000,000. But they are investing most of that now in growth to scale this Genesis Platform(people/service staff/expanded facilities in Ohio)...via the Investing statements made by management on the funds to be used to bring up a Portal.

I actually think so...and I have a sneeky suspicion that they need the Cash that this secondary would offer..only if...only if...it's now coming on faster then they planned months before. But they wouldn't tell us if it was faster, as they have burned on their perdictions in the past..IMO. I think they just want to be ready just in case with the cash needs to be complete their grand plan early.

I base that on this....those Banks that have grabbed ahold of this internet banking idea are on fire in account conversions and new customers. Merrill Lynch who scoffed at this whole on line thing a year ago has finally seen the light...and I see it too. It's called War!.....all these Numbers of customers being reported here there and everywhere by all those others are eventually going to trickly down Right Here

I guess if there is a point it's this....they don't need the money if things are coming on as planned...the only reason why they could need extra cash right now is to expand and make room now. Because I don't buy the draw interest senerio. And the last thing I'd expect them to say publically or in an S3 is we need the money cause we think we are going to grow like the dickens...been there, done that. I'll know in 6 months...pass me some Jubbie Jells.
