MKEL and Luis, the sales agreement with NIR stipulates a minimum of 30 orders within 12 months. Revenues from 30 Quad sales PLUS accompanying service contracts would result in nearly $40 million for the company. With the service contracts, I don't believe this figure represents a markup in the price of a Quad. Fonar has explained that the sale of an MRI product takes time as anything with a price tag near $1 million and must go through a lot of channels. The sale to one hospital could take six months or longer. For this reason, we can expect most of the sales to come toward the end of the first year of the contract. David Giacometti
