I read the news. I know this company has been increasing their investment to upgrade their productivity and profitability. However, investors are not rewarded by these changes which I believe is going to change. These changes will take some time to see fruits. I believe this is about the right timing to get back in again. As you can see that they are going to improve shareholders interest. This is the most critical reason for us to hold a stock. If they improve this company they can demand higher buy out prices. Otherwise they will not sell their shares. I think this is what they are saying. My target is $12 -15. But, I think it will take some solid earning to get there. Diversification is the key to reduce risk. Good luck.
