Ditch, I must say, this is very "irregular" to announce a CC in a private i-community like SI, but the stock holders that are here, at least could at least use this opportunity to ask some questions.

Patricia, I would add another question, begged by the recent developments:

10 (I think), What is the company going to do to: a.) Prevent leaks (like the whole BOD meeting last Friday), and to b.) disseminate information homogeneously to all stock holders, not just those that are "computer literate" or member of select I-communities.
