From scanning some of the other threads here on SI it seems today's sucker rally was due to shorts covering after Greenspan's speech indicated no obvious rate increase forthcoming. I guess we shall just have to wait for some of the other figures to come out before a decision is made later this month by the FED to raise or to keep as is. Steve
