Shares are drying up, if you read the Annual Report, you'd know why :> With the potential of the current deal, and the effort and finances being devoted in Vietnam (for complete coverage), let alone the possibilities of other Third World Countries...Hold on, we're in for one hell of a ride!!! The key factor here, is that all AGC creditors are willing to extend receivables until completion (and beyond) of the current AGC effort...They must know something Very Good!!!
