This baby is rockin and I cant figure this whole thing out. Can anyone put together the info on all the divisions of SBTK and what the future holds? What is the exact situation of Moon and SBTK. Has this deal been completed yet? Also the Healthmagic relationship. Are both of these owned subsidiaries of SBTK? When you go to both internet sites it mentions nothing about SBTK. Can we smell spinoff of the internet entity? Not that there is really one yet but vaporware pushes stock to the MOON. Comments Mike PS I am long on SBTK and increased my position on the stock today.
