Bones, I'm hoping you get much more information from Fonar on the capabilities of their electronics and software and how they compare to the rest of the field. In the past, you've stated that you were not impressed with the SMART scan feature which Fonar has a patent on. Although I am no expert, I would think this feature is 'unique' to Fonar and a pretty big advance in software development.

SMART scan allows the capability to acquire 63 slices in one scan and the ability to customize those slices with different angles, thicknesses, positions and fields of view. What would normally require several scans to accomplish, SMART scanning can do in a single scan, thereby saving time and money. I hope they spend some time explaining this feature in more detail.
