Here is that marinade... Dont forget to use the ziplock bag and let them marinade about 24 hours. Lazarus Great Marinade Use this for marinating country style ribs… ½ cup of soy sauce 1 cup of wine ¼ cup of vinegar ½ cup of brown sugar couple of cloves of garlic [minced] 1 onion [diced] pinch of cinnamon pinch of ginger lemon juice [or ground lemon] mustard [or ground mustard seed] ground black pepper [add a little bit of red pepper seeds too] salt fresh parsley [chopped]
