My take is that a good portion of the Institutional selling is over for Institutions who got this at the IPO price ( as you know these IPOS always go to the big Institutional clients first ) . Any reversal of sentiment would push this stock back up probably into the high teens. Lehman came out today with a buy rating and a $ 22 price target , same as CIBC did last week and just like last week the stock sold of after the coverage announcement. I was not paying close attention to the Level 2 screen at work today and cant say if Lehman was a heavy buyer. Mark
