Rande, I have a problem with Breaking Waves claiming %25 of PLCO If I read the last filled statement of ownership from www.freeedgar.com, I see: They claim to have 1,400,000 shares of common stock .... which is supposed to be approximately 25.4% of the outstanding shares???? HOW CAN THAT BE ??? I thought number of common outstanding shares was much bigger IF WE TAKE PREFERRED INTO ACCOUNT What do you think ? Seems to me that PLCO is flying on its own and these guys don't control its future as much as they would like to. Which I think is good for PLCO. :) Archie
