Richard, Once FDA approved the product, there should be no more problem from that aspect. However, if some other companies feel threatened and have exclusive patents on the same technologies then lawsuits can follow. ISBT is trying to IPO on Swiss market and got stopped because of impending case between Thermogenesis and ISBT here in the States. Those companies also make brachy-therapy products and I am not so sure about the spelling of the names but I read that a few days ago on Yahoo. Well, leave NASI out of it! You are surely loaded Richard. I better listen to some of your advices , may be that will be contagious. Put my name on your will if you run out of beneficiaries! Have a nice day, MT
