Gee, Steve, thanks for the lack of supporting information for your claim that "Several who had originally licensed AWRE's tech (such as LU) are close to having their own solution. . " It would seem that if you know this for a fact, you could tell us where you got this fact from. Which people at LU and "several other companies" provided you with this information? Perhaps in the future you can preface your claims with "in my opinion, which you can verify if you want to". Elroy
